WCDMA, UMTS, HSPA, HSDPA, HSUPD, HSPA+... They are all the same thing for most practical purposes. The data speeds gets faster as you go from left to right. They are are all forward and backwards compatible. Think of it as USB1.0, USB 1.1, USB 2.0, USB 3. You can use a HSPA handset on WCDMA network, but your data speeds will be limited.
WIND currently supports speeds up to HSDPA 7.2. You can use HSPA+ device, it just won't be able to download data faster than 7.2Mbps. You can also use WCDMA/UTMS handsets, just at slower speeds (300Kbps).
